Several options for AFK or logged out gameplay exist.
- AFK travel, allows one to set a series of waypoints to a final destination. Travel takes a calculated time to complete based on distance and method of travel. When interrupting travel, the player is placed in a calculated point based on distance traveled, and moved away from obstacles to prevent clipping. When interrupted or completed, travel gives a travel report detailing time, distance, method of travel, and random events. Random events are based on travel method, skill, and level. Random events add or decrease money, items, experience, durability, MP, HP, injuries, temporary stat bonuses or penalties, temporary status effects (poison), reputation, HP and durability of travel method (injured horse, injured ship), and escape or evasion with no effect.
- A snake bit you,leaving you poisoned and injured.
- Bandits accosted you, but you fought them off.
- You found a hidden cache, chest, hiding spot, defeated a bandit, defeated a monster, found a dropped item, or found an abandoned vehicle, gaining a special item or treasure exclusive to AFK travel.
- AFK training, the player trains while logged out, gaining small amounts of skill and experience every hour. Variables include skill focused on, weapon used, trainer skill level, player skill level, and duration. A training report is given with results and random events, including increase or decrease in skill points, experience, weapon and armor durability, gain or loss of weapons/armor/ammunition, HP, MP
- You were awarded an extra sword, shield, armor piece, currency, ammunition, or item exclusive to AFK training.
- AFK combat, the player is engaged in combat, and has a report given with events including increase and decrease in skill points, experience, HP, MP, durability, avoiding or escaping combat, reputation, status effect, bonus or decrease in productivity, injuries, number of attacks, number of kills, currency, ammunition, gained or lost items, treasure, rare items, exclusive items.
- You defeated a rare monster, found an abandoned camp, found an abandoned outpost, found the corpse of a monster, found the corpse of a slain adventurer, found a dropped item, found a hidden cache, found a hidden chest, found an abandoned vehicle, found a hiding spot, or ambushed a monster and gained an item exclusive to AFK combat.
- AFK mining, you gain or lose resources, productivity, equipment, items, vehicles.
- Your mining cart was destroyed in an accident.
- Your pickaxe broke, and you replaced it with a new one (or, you quit mining due to having no tools)
- Your mining produced poor results (50-75% penalty)
- Your mining produced average results (25% penalty)
- Your mining produced satisfactory results
- Your mining produced excellent results (25-50% bonus)
- You were slightly injured from a mining accident (HP -5%)
- You were severely injured in a mining accident (HP -30%)
- You injured your head/arm/leg while mining
- You were attacked by bandits while mining, and (won, lost, items stolen, items gained)
- You were attacked by monsters while mining, and (won, lost, items stolen, items gained)
- While mining you located an item exclusive to AFK mining.
- While mining you located a large geode or lode (+50%)
- While mining you located some abandoned items (pick axe, pick, shovel, bags)
- While mining you located some dropped currency
- While mining you located a rare mineral
- While mining you located a rare gem stone
- While mining you located a very rare mineral
- While mining you located a very rare gem stone
- AFK vending, your store gains or loses currency, HP, items, stock.
- A fire occurred. X items/currency were lost, and X objects were damaged.
- A thief stole X currency and X items (in city)
- A bandit stole X currency and X items (in wilderness)
- A monster attacked, damaging goods (in wilderness)
- You had few customers (50% penalty)
- You had too many customers (50% bonus)
- You were given a donation of X items/currency
- You sold X items
- You bought X items at a reduced price
- A supplier gave you a discount on several items (+items, -currency)
- You accosted a thief, were rewarded by authorities for identifying a criminal, were granted an item by the city, picked up an item dropped by someone, bought an item from someone, traded an item with someone, or were given an item by someone, granting an item exclusive to AFK vending.
- You traded an item with someone but you were swindled (+ junk)
- You bought an item from someone but it was in poor condition (durability 1)
- You bought a magic item from someone (cursed, unidentified, enchanted)
- You bought some items from a vendor but you were given less than you asked for
- You bought some items from a vendor and found more than you asked for
- Customers complained about your store (-15%)
- Customers recommended your store (+15%)
- Customers were distracted by other events (-10%)
- Customers had nothing better to do and stayed at your store longer (+10%)
- Customers were hiding due to a series of monster/bandit attacks (-20%)
- A shipment of goods was spoiled (-50%)
- A shipment of goods was destroyed
- A crate was damaged due to carelessness
- A table was damaged due to carelessness
- The walls were damaged due to carelessness
- A fire was extinguished, damaging some furniture
- A fire was extinguished, damaging the walls
- Rain caused some damage to the building
- Rain caused some goods to rot
- Rats damaged some crates
- Rats got in to your food supply
